What If Your Team Meetings Solved Real Problems?

Many team meetings are filled with updates, reports, and information people could have read beforehand. What if the purpose of the meeting was to help team members solve each other's challenges?

I've found that when people come together to work on real problems, the energy changes. The conversation becomes more engaging. People leave feeling like they contributed, learned something, and helped a colleague move forward.

And remember, solving a problem doesn't have to mean finding the ultimate solution. Sometimes it simply means getting on the right track.

This is a video from the archives, but the idea is just as relevant today as when I first shared it.

Watch the video and let me know: What makes a team meeting worthwhile for you?
