Every once in a while, you see someone doing their job so well that it gets your attention. They're no trying to impress anyone or seek recognition. They're focused, prepared, and committed to doing the work well.

I was reminded of this while watchig a true professional at work. It struck me that excellence has a way of influencing the people around it. We notice it. We learn from it. Sometimes we're inspired to raise our own standards.

That's true whether you're leading a team, serving a customer, or making a presentation.
