What if nervous and excited are closer than we think?

A few months ago, airline delays left me with less than an hour between landing and stepping on stage to speak to 800 people.

I could feel the nervousness building. But instead of focusing on everything that might go wrong, I tried to focus on what I was excited about.

The flight was landing on time. The cab was making good progress. I was looking forward to meeting the audience.

In this short video, I share why reframing nervousness as excitement can help us perform at our best, whether we're giving a presentation, interviewing for a job, or facing any important moment.
